Payment processing services for users on Tryouts are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as an user on Tryouts, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Tryouts enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Tryouts accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Tryouts to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
We work hard to provide the best Products we can and to specify clear guidelines for everyone who uses them. However, we can make no guarantees that they always will be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. We do not control or direct what people and other users do or say, and we are not responsible for their actions or conduct (whether online or offline), or any content they share (including offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, and other objectionable content).
